My artist name is Beloved Doll and Beloved Doll Designs brings you vividly coloured items with many featuring or inspired by whimsical or animated characters. This will range from prints, keychains, buttons / pins, knitted scarves, pillows, blankets / afghans, tshirts, perler bead sprites, bookmarks, coasters, cell phone cozies, crochet plushes and more.
If ordering for a special event, please do let me know what your deadline is so that I can be sure to meet it!

You may pay using your credit card of choice, or I’m happy to accept payment through PayPal. If you choose to pay via PayPal, please know that you do not specifically need a PayPal-issued charge card to pay. PayPal is simply the gateway for credit card payments. Payment must be submitted in full within 72 hours of purchasing. Orders not paid for within this time will be cancelled.
I use USPS primarily for most shipments, unless other arrangements are made.
International shoppers: you will be responsible for any customs fees, so please be aware of your country’s policies. I am not responsible for taxes and duties that may incur. All international orders are marked “Merchandise” and will not be marked as “Gift” as this is illegal for my business.
I will message you to verify the address as this is my way of being proactive in making sure items arrive at the destinations they are intended to go. Items will ship once address has been verified. So please be sure to double check that the ship to address I receive is the correct address.
Refunds and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is my top priority. I stand by my items and make every effort to describe them clearly. Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receiving your purchase, if an item is misrepresented or arrives damaged. Return authorizations are required for processing via a conversation (or “convo”). If you receive a product damaged, I will ask you to submit pictures of the damaged product, then send you a replacement at no extra cost. The item must return in a new and unused condition in its original packaging. Contact me through the convo button to discuss remedies.
I will automatically refund the difference in shipping costs if the actual cost is greater than my estimated cost by $.25 or more. I will usually do so the same day that I ship the item and the refund will be noted on your paid invoice that comes with your order. If shipping turns out to be higher than I quoted you, I will not ask you to pay the difference.
Refunds will be issued through PayPal.
Colours will vary from monitor to monitor so please keep this in mind. For knitted or crochet items, you can request samples of the yarn to be mailed to you at no extra cost.
For vintage items- these items are sold AS IS. They are vintage, have been used, have wear etc… I tell all aspects, defects etc of every piece as well as post any photos of problem areas that I am aware of. If you would like more information or additional photos than what is already provided, don’t hesitate to ask for the additional information/photos. I want to help you get a clear view of the item so that you can see exactly what you are getting.
